Returnable Items
Return Policy
- All products sold by ICT Organics
- The above items are returnable for a refund under the following conditions:
- Claim is made within 3 days of receipt of order.
- You must contact us at (443) 292-2420 for return instructions.
- All returns must be in the original packaging.
- Return freight will NOT be paid by ICT Organics unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
- All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for items returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. Refund amount will be minus 25% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).
